I wouldn't doubt their is phenomena going on in their the hand print is nothing special from others that have been their adding to the reputation

Its paint. Some drunken people have been in there and had a fall and tried to support themselves against the wall. Thats why it looks thicker at the palm and less at the finger's. Its also why there is splattering on the wall behind it. In saying that it doesn't mean there is nothing going on with in that place. Good luck on your ghost hunting. Just be careful rumors always abound around hunted places. It's sometimes hard to distinguish between what is human disturbance and what is other disturbances.

If that was blood, it should be brown, unless it is very fresh...
