The third batch of files is now available to view and download from the Department of War's website.
Given that it wasn't that long ago that we were skeptical that any of the long-promised UFO documents would ever make an appearance, it's hard to believe that we've now seen three entire batches released to the public and made available for download online.

The third batch contains a further 72 files sourced from the archives of various government agencies, some of which dating back to the 1940s and some from countries other than the US.

One of the files concerns a report of a strange red orb that was spotted in a garden one evening.
Witnessed by two people, the object was described as being around 3ft across and having a "white plasma sun" inside it. As they watched, another appeared and joined with the first before flying away.

The same couple also saw white orbs flying over their house a few weeks later.

Another case mentioned in the files occurred in 2008 when a mysterious object that shone 'beams' down onto the ground was observed at Zimbabwe's Harare International Airport.

As before, the files can be browsed and downloaded at https://www.war.gov/UFO/.
