Dilapidated houses are all the rage these day's.

In the lower right head window you can see a small child. The child is in profile turned to the right and in the bottom of the middle window there is a face. That house is truly haunted.

I agree this could be fake BUT look closer. There si nothing for the tree to reflect off of...the is NO glass in the window. Look at the bottom of the "spirit" you can see where is "sticks" out a bit from inside and you can clearly see there is no glass in the window. Although there is Light coming through the tree to the right there is NO light in front of the house and or where the "spirit" is being show. I love this picture. Nice house. I bet it holds alot of history. I would like to hear it.

I like what you just pointed out jdposey has anyone tried to brighten this photo up yet? when you take photos where there is dark areas...brighten it up and sometimes you can see other things clearly. I don't know exactly what that is in the lower right window. But the left window appears to be the sun shining thru the back windows.
Comment icon #35 Posted by jdposey on 5 January, 2008, 13:06
Get a maginfying glass and look at the person in the lower right hand corner of the far right window of the house. It is just their head but, most definitely a face.

The light from the upstairs window does not resemble the light from the downstairs entity. This is an amazing photo. One that I would bring into a photo expert. Great Catch please post what a photo expert says if you bring it in.

lookatallthepeople... I never fit in my surroundings... for a spirit to haunt do they have to fit in? So the house is old and kind of creepy.. thut the ghost must be the same way... thats some pretty weird logic... until you know history about the place etc you never know

Could very be, it's lovely. White being a spiritual color. We ALL understand with todays technology that ANYTHING can be faked in photos. We're here only to view, and try to weed out these hoaxers. Other than the OBVIOUS, we may never know more than the photographer. Too see is too believe, too believe is to see.

Would it make a difference if this was a HAUNTED house, instead of a HUNTED house??? Does that irk anyone else????
Comment icon #30 Posted by gothic-seraphim on 10 January, 2006, 6:55
Ok, lighted window looks Photoshopped. But I'm more interested in the shadow guy standing on one leg in the window in the lower right.
Comment icon #29 Posted by thespainard on 5 January, 2006, 20:59
the picture is "real" its just not paranormal
Comment icon #28 Posted by gocaneaddict on 5 January, 2006, 14:16
the sun is rising or setting behind the house. i think there is a window on the back side of the house letting light shine off the wall. still this is a very awesome photo.

More Photoshop manipulation.

I believe in the paranormal, but I get annoyed when people try to pass things off as real when they're not. Sorry, but i don't believe this is real, it looks like frosted glass inside house, with light shining through

This house looks just like a real haunted house i know at Hillsdale Lake, Kansas..IF its the same house, (what r the odds?), its probably not a fake..

I think I'm with TheDoctor and tbibera on this one! Although I'm open to the sensible interpretation from FlaxenGrass. It is indeed a very beautiful picture, and house.
Comment icon #23 Posted by tears_of_sadness on 3 September, 2005, 22:34
it reminds me of the house of Ed Gein. but that house doesnt excist anymore
Comment icon #22 Posted by deadxangelxluva on 3 August, 2005, 20:16
yep thats right FlaxenGrass i see it lol
Comment icon #21 Posted by flaxengrass on 3 August, 2005, 8:05
It's light shining in from the back of the house. Look at the window on the second story, same thing. It's either dusk or dawn.
Comment icon #20 Posted by coffeediiva on 23 May, 2005, 0:46
i agree with you doctor, yes some of these are fake some you just dont' know, but people who come right out and act like they know exactly how it is done is rather annoying.
Comment icon #19 Posted by javibarr on 19 May, 2005, 11:31
reminds me of jeepers creepers place

tbibera - it's one thing to have an open mind and it's another to have your mind so open that your brains fall out.
Comment icon #17 Posted by lookatallthepeople on 21 April, 2005, 22:34
that entity doesnt fit its surroundings. its either a fake or a wandering spirit watching the photographers.
Comment icon #16 Posted by tbibera on 11 April, 2005, 6:21
to TheDoctor: I wholeheartedly agree with you! If people look at these photos, I would also expect them to be more open-minded. It's so easy to just write it off as a Photoshop fake. Come on, people! Be more open to these photo's! This is a wonderful photo, and I believe it's authentic.
Comment icon #15 Posted by thedoctor on 8 April, 2005, 3:52
i like this pic! someone planning to fake a pic would not set it up this well... i want to know why people come on a website like this, where you would expect open minded people, just to say its all crap. "oh, that's fake, that's photoshop, i'm a freakin' genius"... shut up. im genuinely interested in the paranormal and can't stand people who say they believe in something until someone present proof and then they say it's all bull s#@t.

Not animated, not curtains and definetly not a wall or reflection. This is pretty smart, I like the house i'd like to move in there!!!
Comment icon #13 Posted by winkie05 on 29 March, 2005, 11:38
Looks animated. I bet it's not real.
Comment icon #12 Posted by fallenangel on 16 March, 2005, 3:49

Comment icon #11 Posted by sourpatchkid on 15 March, 2005, 2:46

No offense but I have to agree w/ NME locus and Capt. Zaggis. Talk about way too much free time.
Comment icon #9 Posted by captainzaggis on 4 March, 2005, 23:56
Well, only an "inteligent" person would make a picture like this.
Comment icon #8 Posted by nme_locus on 3 March, 2005, 23:01
Why is someone trying to test everyone's smarts when they can't even spell "intelligent" correctly?
Comment icon #7 Posted by painkiller on 26 February, 2005, 8:35
its a pretty picture, it could make a wallpaper, and that thing? faake

I don't see Photoshop...I see an empty house with darkened windows. What exactly is so mysterious about this picture?
Comment icon #3 Posted by horrification on 1 February, 2005, 17:46
