Uploader comment: This is a picture one of my friends sisters took on a dead end road where two of her friends were killed a year prior. the four girls were the only ones there the camera was set on the window sill and set one a timer. I think its double exposed but its a digital camera. i would love to hear what you think of it.

The camera went off before the people were in place, so they all left motion trails due to the low light. The red tint is a type of photographic anomaly that's not uncommon in low light. Either that or you were in red light.

Well done SquareTraveler, its so refreshing to see someone leaving a logical explanation. Due to low light the camera kept the shutter opn longer and caught the motion

How come there's a window sill at a dead end road?

Cool that it turned out red. Notalis, I think the window sill they are talking about is the window in the car, either a passenger/driver window, or the windshield.
