Uploader comment: The caption in coin collection for this coin reads: br /br /"Lead Elephant" coin of India br /Unique small lead coin from the Iksauku Dynasty of India 3rd Century, around 250 A.D. Over 1700 years old. Shows crude elephant on front and religious symbols on back.

it its so old, surely some collector of old indian artifacts is willing to pay big bucks for it

Actually I don't know. Have not really checked on it yet. But, I wonder what the chances are that the two coins were ever actually together. hmm...makes me ponder. :-)
