Uploader comment: The southern state of Florida was decked out in winter-green colors while coastal waters glowed with vibrant blues and greens in late December, 2012. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) aboard NASA’s Terra satellite captured this true-color image on December 22 as it passed over the region.
