The whole lifecycle of a star has been captured in a new image taken by NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope.
The new image gives astronomers a fantastic new view of the life cycle of stars and allows them to study all the different stages of star formation in a single environment. The image is from the Small Magellanic Cloud some 200,000 light years away.
