Seahorses' body shape explained

Scientists discover seahorses' bodies evolved to support a new way of catching food.
Evolved from the pipe fish, the seahorse's unique 'S' shape has allowed it to change from a hunter that swims after its prey to one that sits and waits for prey to pass by so that it can strike out even if the target is not passing directly in front of it.
Using high-speed footage and mathematical models, Sam Van Wassenbergh from the University of Antwerp in Belgium showed that the curve in a seahorse's "neck" allows it to strike at more distant prey.

wings dont just accidently come into existence for the purpose of flying only a mind can create such things there is no evolutionary transition that made wings and feathers and there's no way around that fact there's only one truth so accept it

i'm just saying the truth there is no evolution User, What do you think (in your own words) biological evolution is? In other words, when a scientists says the word "evolution" when discussing life, what do you think he means by it? the very first bird was alway's a bird it came into being as one and will forever be one Do you think User, that evolution says that organisms should give birth to different organisms? wings dont just accidently come into existence for the purpose of flying only a mind can create such things there is no evolutionary transition that made wings and feathers and there... ok this is gonna be my last post what is not accidental about genetic mutation which is the driving force of this magic wand called evolution?

Depends on the mutation. Many, in fact most, mutations are accidental, in that they occur randomly and with unpredictable results. A very small pot of mutations occur in response to specific circumstances, such as environmental changes. But genetic mutations are pretty much the only part of evolution which is accidental. Everything after that is selection.

User, What do you think (in your own words) biological evolution is? In other words, when a scientists says the word "evolution" when discussing life, what do you think he means by it? Do you think User, that evolution says that organisms should give birth to different organisms? Do you think evolution say's "wings are an accident"? Do you think evolution claims that adaptive features are accidental? This is the problem I am seeing here User, despite you claiming to be a doctor on the other topic (and not seeming very familiar with science) and despite calling others ignorant of biology; it do... **User, read the PM I am sending you** I suppose that means no, you're not actually interested in what biologists say about evolution (the people who study it)? And would rather persist with your own definitions and misconceptions about evolutionary theory rather than learn what it is really about....

are you serious? you can't disprove evolution did the animals just somehow pop on the earth the way they are now?

i'm just saying the truth there is no evolution Actually, evolution is a natural phenomenon that can be observed.

Actually, evolution is a natural phenomenon that can be observed. Don't think he's interested in observing it...
