Uploader comment: This is a picture i took a block from ground zero in NYC on the 5th anniversary of the attacks.. i thought it was dust until i looked at the other pics i took & noticed there were some in the other pictures that are different sizes & in different parts of the picture ...

More night-time pictures taken with flash... these are particulate orbs. Go back and shoot the same scene with the flash turned off and with the camera's IR focus emitter disabled. Then let's look at the results.
