I'm sure this isn't what you want to hear but those are simply dust particles, not orbs. Actually, it looks more like something on the camera lens - moisture that has dried and left little spots maybe. In case you are wondering - I am a paranormal investigator and have looked at tons of these pictures.

Yah, I've seen pics of genuine orbs. I'm afraid this is just that your camera lens needs a good cleaning.
