Uploader comment: A 35mm Samsung using telephoto mode was used to capture this anomaly in the clouds above my home. The object wasn't exact centre frame of the camera as I was photographing the cloud. A closer look and you can see that it is moving through the clouds and if I had been a second later, I would have either caught a bit of the anomaly or none of it at all.

Is the dark circle in the clouds the portal? If so where is the light that shines when going through deminsions. Just my guess. Cool picture though, I thought lens flare right away until I looked closer. Is this more prominent in the negative?

Let's see sun coming in towards the camera from the left, camera lens being shiny and all my guess is Len S. Flare took this picture.

It could be lens flare but it has form to it. Not flat at all.
