Uploader comment: We were the only ones in this lighthouse...The 2 girls, up front next to the rails, took off up the steps to see who could be the first one to the top...I stopped them and they looked down at me when I snapped this picture...

i think its part of the window/wall over their heads. see how the girls' faces are pulled down away from them? it's the same shape as the white stuff around the window/wall.

Thanks for commenting...The 2 original girls are the ones closest to the rail, side by side with their hands on the rail...The one on the left had a white turtle neck on and the one on the right had a plain red shirt on...The white mist above them should be the spiral stairs going up the lighthouse...Do not know nor did they show up in any other pictures..All other pictures turned out perfect...

So Square Traveler are you saying I moved my camera in a circular motion to capture the mist above their heads which was the spiral stairway because I know the stairway didnt move...and are you saying the girls was jumping up and down moving while I snapped the picture...If so then how do you explain the clothing and the hair change...

Both the girls have long straight dark brown hair...One has a plain red shirt on and the other has a plain white turtleneck shirt on...You can see the person behind the girl in white has a plad stripe shirt, maybe flannel, on and the lady behind the girl in red has a white shirt on...and neither one of them had their arms through the rails...
