This is just a rock formation. When you actively look for something I.E an alien figure your bound to see one. Like the said rock formation above or even the little ghostly type alien visage near the top right

Claymore, Thank you for your opinion but you don't know what you are talking about. This is only one of many such figures in this area. This is just a small portion of a very large complex of stone structures on the side of a remote mountain in S. America. There is a semi-circle of heads around the central figure. Behind this figure is a path that leads into a cave in the side of the mountain. There is also an adjacent figure cut into the side of the mountain that is over 1,700 feet tall. It's amazing how some people are so quick to dismiss what someone has found as fake or imaginary when they have never attempted to check it out for themselves to verify it's authenticity. The "ghostly type alien visage near the top right" you mention is actually another stone structure protruding from the cliff wall behind this area.
