Uploader comment: This was taken when my daughter was at the worst of her illness, the Lupus was wrecking havoc on all her organs, she had just had her gallbladder removed and my grandson came to spend time with his "Special Aunt", it was the first time she had been out of bed in weeks . As she stood there she called me to get the camera because she said the "Angels" were surrounding her and him. I was totally shocked to see them all forming when i put the pics on the computer. I had many pics after this one unfortunately my computer crashed and I lost all but had this one that was left on my camera. I guess it wasn't deleted after we DL'd all the pics ... don't know why it wasn't tho ...
