Uploader comment: Went to New Orleans in December nice place if you dont mind the smell of sewage on the side of the street other then that lots to see French Quarter,Burbon Street was Great Also Pat O'brien's is very nice. As we were walking around i was taking pictures of anything and everything because i know i wont go back to visit. There was lots of pubs and bars and history i guess because we were visitors we didnt feel safe. Anyhow this is a simple picture but if you look to the very left side and and zoom in you can see a figure i think of maybe a dress but someone is standing there for sure. Enjoy...
