Uploader comment: Another picture taken in New Orleans in Dec 2012 i was taking a shot of the pub across the street called Muriels which is said to be haunted, so the figure you see was not there if a person was crossing i would have waited for him to cross then take the picture you can see through him and the people in the back are with a ghost tour, another figure is seen right above the front entrance of the pub, again to the eye there was no one there.

If that were the case you would had waited for the other people to move on the left and probably would had taken the time to move the chair in the way which creates an eye sore to the image. the image is obvious that there is a person as this is the motion blur images get when the cameras using slow shutter.

Also id say on both figures the clothings seems very current. Not that im saying u dont get modern ghosts but not really documented or seen lol
