Reward offered for toilet pyromaniac

Well, that's something. If I ever want to be remembered for something, I certainly wouldn't want the title of "Portable Potty Pyromaniac".

I highly doubt it's just one person doing it if its being done on construction sites. lol After a couple days on a site those toilets are normally trashed. Most government/hospital/school building sites are smoke free so the construction workers have to smoke in the portapotty well those things get clogged up fast and if there's dry toilet paper on the top of everything that didn't get soaked with the blue water then if they throw a cigarette away what you think is gonna happen? lol they probably should put smoke detectors in them, and big flashing red lights on top in case of a fire. Perhaps it's simply an epidemic of rather gullible let's-see-if-we-can-set-fire-to-farts builders who are probably suffering and too embarrassed to come forward (or hobble forward) to admit their actions?
