Hovis bakes 3,300lb bread and butter pudding

Hovis have entered the record books by baking a bread and butter pudding so large that it weighs more than two baby elephants. The monster pudding uses 1000 slices of bread, 70 apples and 56 eggs.
A bread and butter pudding weighing the same as two baby elephants has been unveiled. The record-breaking dessert weighed in at a 3,300lb and measured 7ft by 5ft. A team of seven bread experts from Hovis worked for 49 hours to prepare and bake the giant pudding.

I'm sorry, but I would bet it wasn't as nice as my mum's, she's the Queen of Bread and Butter Pud.

Yeah, I bet that was a lot of washing up. The weird thing looking at it is it doesn't look like it should weigh 3300lbs.
