Jesus spotted on naan bread

A man ordering a meal at an Indian diner was surprised to find what he believed to be the face of Jesus on a piece of naan bread.
The image was formed from the blackened patches on the bread and appeared to have detailed facial features including a beard and hair. The owner of the diner stated that nothing special was done to the bread prior to it being served.
David Howlett, 34, was about to tuck into a rogan josh at India Dining, in Esher, Surrey, when he saw Christ's facial features - complete with beard and flowing hair - in the blackened patches.

Jesus on walls, bananas, toasts, grapes, pancakes, windows... Jesus here, Jesus there, next time someone asks if I have a hobby I’ll say it’s Jesus spotting.

Despite being agnostic myself, I have a lot of affection for the idea that the son of god might choose to reveal himself through the medium of foodstuffs.

The whole thing about people seeing the image of Jesus, saints and virgins in food, trees, burn stains, etc is getting ridiculous. I don't understand how a religious devotee doesn't see why it's wrong to save and worship the image of the Virgin Mary on a potato chip. I'm pretty sure the second coming of Christ isn't going to appear on a piece of .98 cent bread

Whenever I see these stories, I think of a TV episode (might've been Bones) where these people found a big stain on some crushed cardboard boxes. They were worshipping it, thinking it was the Virgin Mary... Turned out to be some crushed lady

Oh please! Do people actually stop and think? Here's a thought! Don't people realize that divine entities have a bigger budget than to appear on bread, grilled cheese sandwiches, blueberry muffins, and street signs? If I was a divine entity and wanted to show off I'd pick something like maybe Jay Lenno or a Congersional Hearing. Has anyone realized that most of these sightings and appearances take place on baked goods?
