Thousands of spectators turned up to watch people being nailed to crosses to mark Good Friday.
The bizarre practice is intended to mark the day that Jesus died, participants are genuinly nailed to a cross and crucified for a time in front of large crowds of spectators who turn out to the event every year on Good Friday.
