New Lanark 'ghost' captured on CCTV

i work in security, the main part of my job involves monitoring cctv, all i seen on that footage was rain & wind

I too work in an environment with several of these cameras and we see lot's of this kind of thing. It's always something completely explainable. This one actually looks like a spider building a web to me. To give them the benefit of the doubt maybe having a camera outside is new to them, otherwise they would know what this was. Are people really that dense? It's obviously raining and windy there, and there's a matching bit in the upper right corner. It's just water/debris on the lens moving in the wind. Sounds like the kind of observation a lying government agent would give

I agree it is obviously an object close to the lens, on the bottom and top right of the lens. People all over the world try way too hard to define what they think is Paranormal Evidence.

Moonie is right. it is clearly raining there. and that is water droplets on the lens. the wind is blowing slightly which would cause the water droplets to sway about. i can't believe i wasted 2 minutes watching that video waiting for something to emerge....and the whole video was just celebrating rain drops on a lens. sigh..... i... Sorry for necromancing. No one noticed this huuge shadow of looong man? (Well, it's static but meh, doesn't they make "legit" ghost pics like this and attach some crazy irrelevant background story anyways?)

I play in a band and I have played in that hotel 3 times for weddings!
