Sammy Hagar claims alien abduction

The former Van Halen lead singer recounts his past experiences with UFOs.
Hagar was speaking to a reporter in an interview about his new book and detailed dreams he'd had about UFOs. When asked if he'd ever been abducted he replied "I think i have", then went on to describe an experience he had as a child in which he witnessed a UFO hovering in broad daylight over country fields where his family lived.
No doubt Sammy Hagar, a former lead singer for Van Halen, has enjoyed a lot of far out experiences in life, but on Monday, the rocker told perhaps his farthest out tale to MTV. He was abducted by aliens.

I heard Sammy talk about the alien episode on TV at least 10 years ago. It sounded like a sleep paralysis-type incident. Anyway VH was heavier with DLR. But I don't think the original band chemistry can ever be repeated again, even with the same band members. Too much has changed since then, with the world and the band. Sammy had some hits before VH. My personal favorite is "Your love is driving me crazy" from 1983 or so.

As for Sammy , I have met him , nicest guy in the world....He is very smart , has a restaurant chain , Cabo Wabo in Mexico ( and the Tequila , his own ) , Cabo Taho at Lake Tahoe ..... He is still writing music , and kicking ass at 63 years old.....As for the other guys......Gone.....Other then Michael Anthony , who seems to be good friends with Sammy..... Some of Sammy's latest work with some other very famous musicians.....

Agreed. Today's music is just digital noise. I've been to an AC/DC concert two years ago. BEST. SHOW. EVER. As for Sammy Hagar, well it's certainly interesting to hear his opinion on the subject. Dreams can sometime be so surreal it feels like you lived it. Either that or his tequila brand is out of this world. Haha.

Hmm. I guess anything's possible. Maybe Sammy was abducted. But I think Sammy's best solo track was "Heavy Metal."
