Deadly weather in US could become the norm

With so much weather related destruction this Spring researchers believe it could be the new norm.
Wild fires in Texas. Tornadoes in the Southeast. Flooding in the Midwest. While many would like to point to global warming as the culprit of this increase in deadly weather some researchers believe that seasonal oscillations in weather patterns could be to blame.
It's been a severe start to the spring season in the United States. Tornadoes have ravaged the southeastern US, flooding threatens much of the Midwest, and wildfires are scorching Texas. But according to researchers, a confluence of seasonal oscillations in weather patterns, rather than climate change, is to blame. And growing populations mean that grim casualty figures from such events may become the norm.

Deadly weathers also indicate towards the sins that humans commit on earth.

In all seriousness though, one severe season does not necessarily set a precedent for the coming years. There will need to be long term study to accurately measure any increase in storm activity. The change in weather patterns was noticeable in western Arkansas as far back as spring 2009. That's only two years of extreme weather. Little bit early to start jumping to conclusions. Give it another five years then take another look. Doug

Deadly weather is not only the norm in the US, it is also the norm world-wide

I think this is more likely the cause. "There are simply more people in harm's way than there used to be"

Deadly weathers also indicate towards the sins that humans commit on earth. Do you mean US citizens commits most sin? It seems you imply it.
