Three-foot rat found in New York shop

I am the proud owner of a rat… never thought that I would be, but one day it just sort’a happened. She is very sweet, extremely smart and I adore the little thing. If she were that big though, I’d have to buy her a collar and take her for walks!

After research with Dept.of Health Ive found out that indeed there is an army of 3ft. rats and this was turned over to them after being measured,in New York.

Poor little chap just looks like a normal sized male rat photographed on some kind of scraper. It's forced perspective that makes it appear big. It's not! Rats are amazing creatures, I think they are adorable.

The only good rat is a dead rat. They chew on everything. They crap everywhere. They ruin food supplies. They are not good for human consumption. I have no issues with killing rats. I swat mosquitos too. Which bonehead told you they aren't fit to eat? There are plenty of cultures that eat rats. On a slightly related note: karma will probably dictate that we end up on the end of pitchforks if we ever make contact with aliens. "Eww, Zorg! Well, if he is lvl 1 it might be some XP and also be the only thing he can kill safely Zam Nah, everybody knows you have to kill at least 10 to get any real credit for it. His boss probably won't even reward him until then. Clearly he'll get a upgrade for his boots when he does though. Seriously though, I'm not sure I even trust this story in the first place. I'm 99% sure I recently saw a hoax article using that second image with the pitchfork.
