Isle of Man company offering moon trips

Excalibur Almaz is offering members of the public a trip to the moon in exchange for a £100M fee.
The Isle of Man might not seem like the most likely place to go for a manned mission to the moon, but the island has managed to attract over half of the world's satellite companies thanks to zero tax on space projects. Excalibur Almaz hopes to launch a mission to the moon by purchasing and refurbishing old Soviet era spacecraft and combining them with modern computer technology."This is a private expedition, it's not tourism," said chief executive Art Dula. Rather than just sitting back and enjoying the ride, participating individuals will need to undergo a rigorous training program before being allowed to venture out in to space.
A British space company has announced details of a plan to take people to the moon for the first time since 1972. Excalibur Almaz is offering members of the public a passport to orbit the moon - but budding space-travellers will have to find around £100m first.
