Russian schoolboy discovers 'Yeti footprint'

A 12-year-old boy was out camping in the wilds when he stumbled upon a large human-like footprint.
Denis Alexandrov discovered the anomalous footprint, which was about twice of the size of an adult human's foot, near to the campsite he had been staying at in Russia's Kemerovo region.

His father Andrei admitted to being initially skeptical about the existence of the legendary Yeti but had quickly changed his mind on the subject after examining the footprint for himself.

"I'm into hunting so I understand a bit about footprints. We went to the place were the kids saw the footprint, and the only thing I can say was 'I now know it exists'," he said.
"The creature must have been very tall. The edges of the footprint were sharp, which means the creature left the footprint not too long ago. There also was a freshly dug pit nearby."

The discovery follows on from another documented incident that took place in the same region earlier this summer. Artist Andrey Lyubchenko claimed that he had been out hiking when he encountered a tall hominid creature that he maintains had even tried to speak to him.

"The Yeti was about two and a half metres tall, with thick dark brown hair like a bear's - but a lot softer," he said. "He was holding a wooden stick, with bits of hair wrapped around it. But the main thing was his eyes, they were just like light-coloured human eyes."

Unless his Yeti only had one leg, it looks like this one goes into the "hoax" category. Maybe it's the even rarer Uniyeti.

Hopping Vampire? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiangshi Although only on one leg...

I'd prefer something else, as plaster casts of "big feet" have yielded no scientific merit nor any evidence of the existence of such a creature. The term "scientific merit" has yet to be entered into the crypto dictionary. At the moment, the term is considered a subspecies of the word "kryptonite" lol.

I'm 50/50 when it comes to biggest or yeti as when there is evidence like this there isn't a trail of footprints to follow there's always 1 or 2 bit never a trail ide love a trail to be followed then boom face to face with biggy himself.

DNA the only way to go accredited by a reputable and mainstream scientific source or a real body. Sure, but even that hasn't worked yet. How about a body? That'll do nicely.

Am always wary of 'schoolboy finds'... with me once being a schoolboy. Yes! This. When I was a kid and we would go camping, my cousin and I would always create fake footprints to try to convince the adults there were creatures in the woods!

I believe in bigfoot foot prints even less than I believe in bigfoot.
