Unfortunately however these remote-operated aerial platforms have also sparked a rise in UFO sightings, as evidenced this week in Austria where dozens of witnesses believed they'd seen an extraterrestrial visitor over the skies of Vienna and Graz.Videos and photographs of the anomalous object have been appearing online for days with some witnesses adamant that they have managed to capture evidence of a craft from outer space.

Local authorities, who have received numerous reports concerning the phenomenon, have so far declined to release a statement clarifying the nature of the sightings.
