What will the first moon base look like ?

The most likely initial moon base would involve astronauts moving pressurised, prefabricated modules on to the surface and connecting them to create a network of rooms, as was done with the International Space Station. In time, lunar rock and dirt could eventually be used to make materials for a more ambitious structure. That idea sounds better than the "bouncy castle" although that too does seem itself pretty interesting. Exciting stuff

The United States Army made plans for a lunar outpost in the 1960's: Project Horizon US Army Lunar Outpost The Air Force also had a plan: Lunex Project Since ABMA and Von Braun designed the Saturn V, and also did work on Horizon, perhaps the question should be, "What will the second or third moon base look like?".
