It is now thought that Hitler may not have shot himself in his bunker, a skull fragment believed for many years to be conclusive proof of the Nazi leader's demise has turned out to be of a woman under 40 years of age.
Adolf Hitler may not have shot himself dead and perhaps did not even die in his bunker, it emerged yesterday. A skull fragment believed for decades to be the Nazi leader’s has turned out to be that of a woman under 40 after DNA analysis.

The way it sounds from this small chunk of history, the KGB was eliminating evidence. Was this covered in the documentary I have heard mentioned? The KGB eliminating evidence for some sort of cover-up?! I can't believe it! /sarcasm I've heard a couple of versions of the story and what happened after Red Soldiers found the bodies. One had them trying to creamate the remains but unable to do so completely. Something to keep in mind is that this was all under Soviet Russia which can lead to a few different hypothesis. Stalin's troops were sent out to capture Hitler or Hitler's body. Stalin was me... [More]

Stalin's troops were sent out to capture Hitler or Hitler's body. Stalin was mentally ill, at best, paranoid and he had an inferiority complex which would (I think) lead him to not want such public failure. So, even if he did... [More]

Well hitler is probably dead now.haha For years though since I first learned about hitler I never did think he shot himself. In fact when I was in fifth grade I remember getting in trouble with my teacher because I arugued that I believed hitler didn't kill himself, I told my teacher that the picture felt wrong and that it was not telling me that. Long story short, I p***ed the teacher off and obviously confused/scared her as I was quote, "seeing things in a picture from a history book"...mind you are elementary history books to begin with were a piece of crap. Even when I was a child and knew... [More]

I understand, but to 'secretly' go back 25 years later to destroy the evidence after Stalin's death seems odd. It's not really that odd. If any remains or indeed a grave for Hitler existed, they would be coveted/worshipped by every fascist on the planet. By wiping out every trace or suspected trace of of him, you deny them a tangible icon. As for doing it in secret; that was the way the communists did almost everything. With regard to Hitler suiciding in the Berlin bunker, I would believe that totally. His Reich was based on the Roman Empire, where defeated or disgraced generals and politician... [More]

Well to go with that, you could also suggest that the DNA tests are false too, just to make it appear as there is no trace of him at all anymore. Now I am not saying that is true or that I even believe that. I'm just typing something that came to me whilst reading that.

In some of the video clips of Hitler at his Bavarian retreat the Wolfs Lair you can see other members of the Nazi elite, their wives and their children. Look at all of the Children. Do any of them look like Hitler? I think you'll be surprised.
