A mysterious ghostly figure has been caught on CCTV in the car park of the New Lanark Mill Hotel in Scotland.
In the small hours of the morning on a cold and windy night a strange white figure can be seen at the bottom right hand corner of the CCTV footage. "It is the strangest, eeriest thing I have ever seen," General Manager John Stirrat said.
Staff at the New Lanark Mill Hotel are convinced the image of a ghost has been caught on CCTV. A number of sightings have been reported over the years at the New Lanark World Heritage site in the Clyde Valley, but there has so far been no evidence to back up witnesses' claims.

call me cynical if you will! but are bookings a little low in this hotel right about now ???? Probably. I too work in an environment with several of these cameras and we see lot's of this kind of thing. It's always something completely explainable. This one actually looks like a spider building a web to me. To give them the benefit of the doubt maybe having a camera outside is new to them, otherwise they would know what this was. We like to trick our new security guys by going out and placing a piece of web or tissue on one of the cameras before they come in to work, and then waiting for the w... [More]

Are people really that dense? It's obviously raining and windy there, and there's a matching bit in the upper right corner. It's just water/debris on the lens moving in the wind. Sounds like the kind of observation a lying government agent would give

Scares them half to death! Very fun! i would never dre... [More]

I agree it is obviously an object close to the lens, on the bottom and top right of the lens. People all over the world try way too hard to define what they think is Paranormal Evidence.

It's just water/debris on the lens moving in the wind. sorry to add to the resurrection of a zombie thread....this one happened when i was away. Moonie is right. it is clearly raining there. and that is water droplets on the lens. the wind is blowing slightly which would cause the water droplets to sway about. i can't believe i wasted 2 minutes watching that video waiting for something to emerge....and the whole video was just celebrating rain drops on a lens. sigh..... i... Sorry for necromancing. No one noticed this huuge shadow of looong man? (Well, it's static but meh, doesn't they make "legit" ghost pics like this and attach some crazy irrelevant background story anyways?)
