Did the Nazis have a UFO programme ?

Debate has been sparked this week over alleged Nazi UFO development during World War 2.
A magazine in Germany has picked up the story claiming that Luftwaffe chief Hermann Goering was ordered by Hitler to develop new types of flying machines, a "super-weapon" to win the war for Germany. A strange craft was later sighted bearing the Iron Cross over the Thames.
The PM report quotes eyewitnesses who believe they saw a flying saucer marked with the Iron Cross of the German military flying low over the Thames in 1944. At the time the New York Times wrote about a "mysterious flying disc" with photos of the device seen travelling at extremely high speeds over the high-rise buildings.

Being objective cuts both ways......In Nick Cooks 2005 documentary "the secret evidence" he came across what seemed to be a test rig for an anti gravity "saucer" at an ex Nazi top secret base on Polish/Czech border...circa 1944 hers's the clip showing the rig. Look, listen and i'd be interested to know what rational reason people think a test rig this size and shape was built for. I'm open to reason Here's the clip I need to get a coherent post constructed on this subject as I've got some good definitive info on all of this. In short the provenance of Nick Cook's sources are implausible and th... [More]

I need to get a coherent post constructed on this subject as I've got some good definitive info on all of this. In short the provenance of Nick Cook's sources are implausible and the saucer test rig is the base of a water tower. I don't expect anyone to just take my word on this, I've been focusing on this particular story for the last few weeks and have got enough fact sourced to make a good case regarding what the truth really is. I will make an honest effort to start getting some content posted tomorrow. I looked into all this a few years ago. Agree on the 'test rig' - probably the remnants... [More]

There is actually declassified documents that confirm that the nazis had a "ufo" program. Are you referring to these by chance?....

I think these books will open your eyes. I really need to get a formal post togather on this. Henry Stevens in his book Hitler's flying saucers: a guide to German flying discs of the Second World War extensively quotes Dr. Gordon Freeman even going so far as to cite personal correspondence for much of his content. Dr. Gordon Freeman is not a real person, he is a character from the game half life who gained a k... [More]

I think all the Nazi UFO conspiracies just come from this to be perfectly honest, the Horton HO 229.(Hitlers stealth Jet) Link to Horten HO 229 The Horten brothers designed this to destroy Britain. It would have succeeded as well according to tests done by Northrop Grumman. The Horten brothers where also designing a bigger bomber variant: (the Horten H.XVIII) Link to Horten H.XVIII They also had the Messerschmitt Me 163 which was a little different to the usual fighter planes: Very interesting video with a five parts for you to watch where Northrop Grumman builds a model Horten HO 229 where th...
