I really don't think the governments of any nation have captured any craft at all. People make up stuff when they can't get the answers they want. I do think A51 is used for testing of experimental new aircraft and that's the reason you're not allowed in...in case you take sneaky photos and sell them to the Russians etc. When you aren't allowed somewhere or are told there isn't any information - some people always come up with sinister explanations.
