Bullet switching and alleged hypnosis are part of new evidence in re-opened Sirhan trial.

After 43 years, new lawyers hired by Sirhan Sirhan - the assassin of Senator Robert F. Kennedy - are filing a new motion to re-open the case stating that the bullet found in Kennedy was switched and that Sirhan was hypnotized before the assassination. While it seems like a stretch, many believe that the US Supreme Court will allow the case to be re-opened as it is currently interested in any trial involving alleged misconduct on the part of the government.

"Lawyers representing convicted assassin Sirhan Sirhan argue in newly filed court documents that a bullet was switched in evidence at his trial and new forensic details show he is innocent of the 1968 killing of Sen."

I left this part out by accident.............Ruby killed Oswald to silence him, (of course) - Ruby's family must have gained something from it through either Nixon or Prescott Bush because he died in prison just a few years after Oswald's murder. On a website dedicated to JFK's assassination there is a previously unpublished letter from J. Hoover (on the very day of JFK's murder) where Hoover states, Oswald is the lone gunman. Now, this conclusion is made only hours after Oswald's capture. No trial, no evidence, no jury conviction. Why would the head of the FBI be so quic... [More]

Ruby failed to clean the mess up earlier, Oswald knew something was fishy, Who says Oswald was trying hide in the cinema from police? He maybe felt he was being set up and would be taken out by his own faction.

An interesting story. If any government official, including any member of the judiciary, has anything to do with this, the status quo regarding Sirhan will be maintained. That Jack Ruby was known by so many, including the presumed assassin of MLK, is the most interesting part of the story.

Sirhan Sirhan... what really happened? When Noguchi (L.A. coroner) testified that the bullet entering RFK's head couldn't have been more than an "inch or two" away... the formerly highly accolade(d) forensic scientist was smeared by the Press. Security gaurd Eugene Caesar(positioned to the immediate right/rear of RFK) admits to having drawn his pistol. Anybody believe Sirhan shot RFK in the back of the head? What's UP with our government?

I think JKF jnr was just an accident. Admittedly I know little about it but that's my take on it anyway.

I do remember the had a mock trial for Oswald. But it was pretty serious and good entertainment. The defense attorney was F. Lee Bailey, then a prominent US defense attorney. The trial was held in Texas, I *think* it was Dallas. And Oswald was found... NOT guilty
