Image Credit: The ancient science of palmistry, seems to be at the forefront of a renaissance at present with seminars, lectures etc, people increasingly ask about health matters, and less and less on futuristic advice. 30 years ago the medical profession would often laugh at, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Hypnosis, Palmistry and other fringe sciences, but today those same doctors are attending in ever-greater numbers.

The life line begins at the side of the hand between the thumb and first or Jupiter finger, an egg shape followed by a star, with the closed life and head formation, tells us of both intra-uterine life before birth being difficult heralding the mothers emotional turmoil and perhaps also financially, as the mothers diet was poor at this time, the foetus being starved of nutrient, the absence of the Via Mater or mother line across the ball of the thumb, coupled with the ringed little finger standing away , screams at us of the mother being absent from her childhood and abuse occurring, all confirmed by the broken family ring at the base of the thumb.
