Nope, I had no clue who he was. All I knew was that my band at the time was opening for him. When I was hanging around outside before we played, this guy came up to me and started talking to me about normal everyday stuff. We had a good 15 minute conversation and then he asked me what my name was. I told him "Billy" and he grabbed my hand and started shaking it and said "Billy, it's sure nice to meet you, I'm Neil, Neil McCoy." Boy, you talk about being embarrassed. I had no clue who I was just talking to. He's a very tall man
