Erasing traumatic memory possible

Scientists have been successful at erasing brain cells in mice associated with fearful memories, offering the possibility for the same process to be applied to humans in the not too distant future.
A group of researchers at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children have erased brain cells in mice that store fearful memories, holding out the hope that terrifying memories in humans may one day be erased before causing conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder."

scary.. traumatic memories also make us who we are like them or not. What next will they be able to undo ?

The Military will make supersoldiers and even super rodents for secret stealthy missions.

reminds me of a stargate SG-1 episode. i love stargate sg-1 and stargate atlantis. did u know they are gonna film a NEW series called Stargate Universe?

It reminds me of the new TV series "Dollhouse". Hit women are programed for a job and when it is done, they erase the memory of it!
