A new study has claimed that the most effective way to determine whether someone is a liar is not to use a polygraph lie detector test but to instead analyze the person's handwriting.
Forget about unreliable polygraph lie detectors for identifying liars. A new study claims the best way to find out if someone is a liar is to look at their handwriting, rather than analyzing their word choice, eye movements and body language.

I believe there's noway you can make a 100% lie detector . this is because if the target him self believe 100% what he said it's not a lie , the machine will always return true. if you don't believe , go to nut house and grap few to test

It use to be that people could tell intuitively whether someone was telling the truth or not. We are in our heads too much instead of paying attention to the wisdom of the body. There's a good bit about it in 'Mutant Message Down Under'.

And we all still have the ability to tell when one is telling the truth or not.we just loose the feel for it when we dont stay attached to all our sences. Lots of destractions in our world today! I can in an instant tell when my 13yr old crafts a tale ! Just like my P`s could.

It's not far fetched at all to equate ticks, mannerisms, body language, etc.. to honesty. How do you think professional poker players win all the time? They read their opponents. So much so that if you've ever watched pro poker you will see people wearing sunglasses to try and take away just one aspect of being read. I used to make a great deal of money playing and at least 50% of my game was learning my oppon... [More]
