A plan to build a chain of human shaped pylons in Iceland has won a leading architecture award.
Known as the "Land of Giants" plan the idea would see the countryside transformed in to something akin to a modern take on the Easter Island stone head statues.A proposal to install a chain of human-shaped pylons across Iceland – transforming an ugly utility into something of remarkable beauty – has won a leading architecture award.
