Man dresses as cow, steals milk

A man dressed as a cow walked in to a Virginia Walmart and made off with 26 gallons of milk.
The bizarre event started when the man entered the shop on all fours, later emerging with a shopping cart filled with milk that he hadn't paid for. Once outside he proceeded to try giving the milk away to passers-by before doing a runner when the police arrived.After standing, he loaded about $92 worth of milk into a shopping cart and simply rolled the cart out of the without paying, police have confirmed to NBC Washington. He then attempted to give the milk away outside the store, and tried to flee the scene by skipping away, police said.
