I think people who fake stuff like this should be thrown in prison. It's only a bit of fun. It does no harm to anyone.

Way too unclear. We're in the age of HD Camera's, hell my old mobile fone from 4 years ago could take a better video then this. As for now a days. Most decent mobile phones have extremely good camera's on them and you can pick up a HD Camcorder for little to nothing. So for me personally and IMO, fake.

UFOs should be studied to determine whats flying them the most likely explanation is that they are being flown by human beings and that they are top secret or private aircraft. The implication here is that they even are craft of some order as opposed to, say, an atmospheric anomoly. Amazingly enough (to some people), we don't know everything about our own atmosphere so arbitrarily ruling that out is a fallacy. I would make a small observation here. While I understand the annoyance of those who say such hoaxers should be 'dealt with', I think there is a very useful side to this..
