I have no idea why it "can't be found", but I do have my suspicions, as it was rather inflammatory if one believes the official conspiracy theory. Dick Eastman, Tom Flocco, V.K. Durham and Karl Schwarz did a lot of research, and Heidner wrote his synopsis of the financial shenanigans associated with the events of 11 September back in June of 2008.
