Pregnant woman spends 75 days upside-down

A woman in Poland spent almost 3 months upside-down to save the lives of her two premature babies
Doctors suggested the unusual position after the first of her three babies was born prematurely and died, by positioning her upside-down they were able to help the remaining two infants survive. "I sighed with relief that there was a chance to keep the pregnancy and to give the babies a chance to be born successfully," she said. Fortunately the technique was a success and babies Iga and Ignacy were soon born after a total of 32 weeks.
Joanna Krzysztonek eventually gave birth to baby girl Iga and boy Ignacy 2-1/2 months later on February 15 at a neo-natal clinic in the south-western Polish town of Wroclaw and said the idea of lying in an awkward position for weeks on end hadn't bothered her.

The department I worked for previously had several articles in emergency medicine journals in regards to how certain cases were handled, that were done outside of the normal SOP in order to achieve a given effect. The doctor we worked and were certified under(EMT's and Paramedics are certified under one specific doctor who is responsible for ... [More]

my bestie had to spend 8 + weeks in bed after her waters broke when she was pregnant with her twins. she had a less than 10% chance of keeping them, due to all the problems that could happen (infection, and of course, premmie) thankfully, she had both girls via caesarian. they both stayed in hospital for a stint.. one of the girls longer than the other. now they are both running about like little loons.

That is Why she is called Mother. For Real mother, sacrificing her own life to save her child is a very simple thing..But the Problem is..Will the children ever take the same care of the Old Mother when they are grown..? This is a selfish world..Isn't it?

This is a selfish world..Isn't it? Most likely.. But I am afraid your added question is a bit pointless to this story.. I do not know why you needed to ask that
