"Not only is Lichfield Cathedral quite tasty: it is also an incredibly attractive building," Edmonds commented in a blog he has kept of his adventures. Man licks 42 cathedrals

Lawrence Edmonds has travelled over 5,000 miles in a quest to lick every Anglican cathedral in Britain.
Edmonds undertook the mission following a bet with his flatmate Adam Drury, if he succeeds then Drury will be required to run naked outside York Minster in the middle of winter as a forfeit."Not only is Lichfield Cathedral quite tasty: it is also an incredibly attractive building," Edmonds commented in a blog he has kept of his adventures. Among the other cathedrals he's licked are Gloucester Cathedral and Coventry Cathedral which he described as "exuding an atmosphere of forgiveness."
When Lawrence Edmonds agreed to a bet to lick every Anglican cathedral in the UK, he had little idea of what taste to expect. After travelling more than 5000 miles on his quest, which began in January last year, he has become quite the connoisseur.
