Ghostly hand turns up in 116-year-old photo

"Great to see an old photo of my Granny, in the by-gone years photo, when she worked at the mill," she wrote. "She was Ellen Donnelly and she is fourth on the right in the second row down."

"My dad has this photo at home… a family ghost picture! I don't really believe in ghosts - but there have been a few odd going-ons around this photo, so I hope this doesn't cause any more !""Did anyone spot the mysterious hand on the girl on the right's shoulder ?"

Sure enough, the second girl down on the right of the picture appears to have someone's hand placed upon her right shoulder despite the fact that the girl behind her has her arms folded.

Is it a ghost ? Nobody knows, however it's certainly creepy and does seem to defy explanation.
