It appears as though the space agency's Curiosity rover has discovered something interesting on Mars.
The announcement, which reportedly concerns "new science results from NASA's Mars Curiosity rover", will be made during a "live discussion" at 2 pm EDT on Thursday, June 7.Hosted by Michelle Thaller of NASA's Planetary Science Division, the event will be attended by a number of scientists who will talk about the new discovery, whatever it turns out to be.
