The UFO Phenomenon

Professor claims UFOs may be from the future

Could UFOs be time travelers from our own future ? Image Credit: PD Max Pixel
According to Montana Tech's Michael P. Masters, UFOs may be time machines occupied by our future selves.
If time travel is possible at all, it would be reasonable to expect to see visitors from the future turning up here in the present - something that as far as we know has never actually happened...

...or has it ?

Masters, who is a professor of anthropology at Montana Tech university, has written about the theory that UFOs could be evidence of time travel in his new book 'Identified Flying Objects.'

"The phenomenon may be our own distant descendants coming back through time to study us in their own evolutionary past," he said.
This could also explain why abductees always seem to describe encounters with human-like entities.

"The extra-tempestrial are ubiquitously reported as being bipedal, upright-walking, five fingers on each hand and foot, bi-lateral symmetry that they have two eyes, a mouth a nose, they can communicate with us in our own languages," said Masters.

The anthropology professor however admits that not everyone will subscribe to his ideas.

"I stand by the product," he said. "I'm happy to talk about it with anyone. It's written for my academic peers as much as it is for anyone in the UFO community."

Reality is subjective, and God is Schródingers Cat. If a believer opens the box, he's real. If an atheist opens it, he's dead. There you go, I united science and religion in one blow!

What about quantum gravity?

I have a little saying about that. (in the bold) We are subjectively experiencing objective realty.

String theory is a subset of quantum gravity. It's the subset that actually successfully combines quantum theory and gravity (Einstein's General Theory.) Harte

It just means that reality is like a woman you just met in a bar. You don't want to look to close at it. Harte

There are variations on string theory. Could be another variation not yet uncovered. Harte
