It's set to be one of the most intense treasure hunts of the century and all of it is still out there for the taking.
Anyone looking to strike it rich might want to check out the recent exploits of Jon Collins-Black - a millionaire who made his fortune investing in Bitcoin and who is now giving away some of his extensive wealth in the form of a treasure hunt that anyone can participate in.

Collins-Black has hidden five caches of valuables - which range from gold bars and rare Pokemon cards to shipwreck-salvaged gold doubloons and cryptocurrency wallets - at various locations across the United States and has tasked the general public with finding them.

To aid in this quest, he has published a book - There's Treasure Inside - containing cryptic clues as to the treasure's whereabouts.

"You don't have to be a genius to solve the clues," he said. "There's no grand cypher."

"If you have curiosity, imagination, and the willingness to try something new, you can find the treasures that I've hidden."
Collins-Black maintains that the treasure caches are all situated in publicly accessible land, are within three miles of a public road and are all in a safe place that won't put participants in any danger.

They are also seemingly out in the open and not buried in the ground.

"I created this treasure hunt because I live for adventure," he said.

"I hope to ignite that same sense of wonder and curiosity in everyone who joins this journey."

If he hid five caches, I'd guess it's real or we'll know soon. Unlike con artist Forest Fenn. Edit: just left Ebay, looks like scalpers already ruined this. As books sells between 100-200$.

If I was doing this, I would hide a few empty boxes. "Sorry, looks like you were too slow! Now let me see how much I made from the book sales and let's try it again."
