Fast flying object sends man flying backward in bizarre video footage

The scene just before the strangeness began. Image Credit: Reddit / kamm03 The footage, which was posted up on Reddit a few months ago by the user 'kamm03', slipped us by at the time but has since been regaining traction after being shared on social media.

Recorded by a CCTV camera overlooking the driveway of a house in Colombia, the footage starts off innocently enough with a man walking up the stairs and entering through the front door.

Things take a very peculiar turn indeed, however, when an unusual orb-like object suddenly zooms in from the left of the frame, appears to fly straight into the door and sends the man hurtling at considerable speed backward over the railing and down into his driveway like a rag doll.

The video ends with some other people coming over to see if he is all right.According to the caption, the man had been temporarily knocked unconscious by the fall and was later taken to hospital where he received more than two dozen stitches.

But what exactly happened to him ?

Some speculate that someone or something had pushed the man from inside the house and that the 'orb' was little more than an insect that just happened to have flown past at that particular moment.

Even if that were true, though, what could have pushed him with such force ?
