It shows an object, which some have described as roughly humanoid in shape, rising very slowly into the sky behind an apartment block on a relatively cloudy day.
The object then seems to hover for a while.
The trouble with the clip is that it is very difficult to make out what the object could be - the woman zooms in to get a better shot but this makes the object more distorted.
Some have speculated that it could be some sort of balloon or drone.
Others have even suggested that it could be an experimental jetpack flight.

Viral footage of a strange object in the sky has left social media users scratching their heads.
