Members of Congress have expressed concern over the recent disappearances of several prominent figures.
Recently, we reported on the mysterious disappearance of retired Air Force Major General William Neil McCasland who left his home on February 27th and was never seen again.
As it turns out, however, the mystery of his whereabouts is only one in a series of high-profile disappearances and deaths of prominent scientists and government figures over the last few years.
Another example is the vanishing of aerospace engineer Monica Reza who went missing while out on a hike a few months ago, with no trace of her ever being found.
Then there was Frank Maiwald - a NASA JPL scientist who died under mysterious circumstances in 2024 at the age of 61 with no actual cause of death having ever been established.
The list goes on - in May 2025, Anthony Chavez - a former employee of the Los Alamos National Laboratory - also disappeared without a trace.
Other examples include Los Alamos administrative assistant Melissa Casias, Novartis researcher Jason Thomas, MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center head Nuno Loureiro and astrophysicist Carl Grillmair who all either vanished or were found dead or murdered under mysterious circumstances.
Several members of Congress have since called for deeper investigations into the links between these individuals and what happened to them - including Rep. Tim Burchett who noted that McCasland, and possibly others, had connections to the UFO phenomenon.
So could there be a common explanation for all these incidents ?
Could someone be targeting or trying to silence those who may be "in the know" ?
The search for answers continues.
